I think the hotel is underrated as it offers excellent value for money. I would even consider it a 4-star hotel.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had two key advantages: the location was convenient and the staff was friendly. The snowy white towels and comfortable bed were also enjoyable. The balcony views to the mountains were stunning during the day and the lights around the area made it festive during the night.

The wi-fi was too slow and the noise insulation was poor, especially with an events hall downstairs. The ventilation in the bathroom was so loud, it will disturb your tranquility.
